During my cumulative tenure of about 5 years at Teleperformance USA (TPUSA Inc.) and being assigned to the Client Operations department, I worked in varying technical, support, and managerial roles. I held varying job titles relevant to my work as a consultant for the Manufacturing, Electronic Security Technology, and Financial Services industries.

Enlisted - Department of Defense / Virginia Army National Guard ( 2013 - 2021 )

As an enlisted Military Police Officer in the Virginia Army National Guard I was responsible for the security and completion of domestic security operations as mandated by the Governor of Virginia and the President of the United States. I was also responsible for the collection of relevant intelligence, for the management of subordinate personnel, and for the security of occupied facilities and areas of operations. I served for varying periods of both active and reserve duty while also performing thousands of volunteer military funeral services over the course of my enlistment. During periods of reserve duty, I was employed at Teleperformance USA (TPUSA Inc.) as mentioned above.
